I recently lost two highly valued friendships. They weren't lost due to death, but due either to simply growing apart, an inflated ego, or a casual disregard for another's feelings. Whatever the reason, I am heartbroken.

ReplyDeleteWow, I'm sorry about your friendship losses. That must be hard. One of my professors talked a lot about how certain friendships are not meant to last forever. Rather, they are meant for a specific season of your life. "Crossroad" friends that take you from one season to another.
ReplyDeleteI hope that you feel more peace about these friendships, and that in time, they renew :)
